From global public health initiatives to grassroots programs in the neighborhoods where our teammates live and work, we remain driven by the belief that wellness and opportunity are universal rights.<br><br>As we commemorate this milestone, we want to celebrate the power of collective action. Our teammates have given generously through our GIFT employee giving program and more than 1.6 million volunteer hours across communities. We\u2019ve also partnered with nonprofit organizations doing transformational work \u2014 whether helping youth gain access to STEM or education or supporting local wellness and disaster-preparedness efforts.<br><br>I\u2019m proud of all that the foundation has accomplished in nearly half a century of service to our communities.
