I am the quality leader at the Atlanta Main plant, where I collaborate across all departments to ensure we consistently produce high-quality products that our consumers prefer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  • My role is dynamic and multifaceted.<\/strong> Beyond leading the Quality department and our internal Quality Task Force, I also serve on the plant leadership team. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • This allows me to champion quality at every level <\/strong>and ensure that all leaders remain focused on delivering excellence in their respective areas. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    I serve as the voice of the customer at the Atlanta Main plant. By regularly reviewing consumer and customer feedback, I gain valuable insights into what they truly want and need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • This feedback helps us fine-tune our processes and focus on what brings the most value<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Living our quality policy every day keeps us grounded in our values<\/strong> with an emphasis on being consumer obsessed and customer focused. We embrace our quality slogan: Keeping Quality in Mind, Every Bottle, Every Time.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Sharing consumer praise with the team has been incredibly uplifting <\/strong>and reinforces that we\u2019re moving in the right direction. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      With more than 20 years in manufacturing, I\u2019ve witnessed firsthand how much the industry has evolved. My advice to anyone considering this path is simple: Do it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Manufacturing is an incredibly rewarding career. <\/strong>There\u2019s something special about knowing the products you create every day help improve the lives of others \u2014 it\u2019s truly a gift.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Be ready to work hard and stay curious.<\/strong> I still learn something new every day. This field moves fast, with shifting priorities and constant challenges. The ability to be self-directed, stay focused on what matters most, and adapt quickly will set you apart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
