Behind every product we make is a team driving digital transformation and innovation in manufacturing. Two of our Burt\u2019s Bees and Food business unit leaders, Christy Morton, director of manufacturing, and Ezequiel de la Riva, director of supply chain services, are central to that work. We spoke with them about their roles and why the work they do is a key component of driving performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m responsible for internal manufacturing, external manufacturing, materials planning, and plant scheduling.

In our structure, I own the \u201cmake\u201d of our products (other steps within supply chain include \u201cplan,\u201d buy,\u201d and \u201cship\u201d) for the Food and Burt\u2019s Bees businesses and the tactical execution of the supply chain strategy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

My responsibilities involve driving projects for innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence across our supply chain and manufacturing operations.
