I\u2019ve been struck by the fact that everybody knew the Clorox strategy and could articulate it and talk about how they were contributing to it \u2014 I felt like that was a real testament to the work that the company was doing and how aligned they were on their goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a very inclusive work culture. It is a strategic advantage for any company to really embrace all ideas and viewpoints and beliefs. But it also means accepting that you don&#8217;t necessarily know the answers, so you have to be curious and want to know more about what inclusivity means for people. Clorox is really a great place to work, where you can have a very robust career while also feeling like you have the space to have your personal life too. It\u2019s a growth company, and there&#8217;s plenty of opportunity \u2014 if you seek it, you\u2019ll find it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clorox is relentless about putting people in the center, from consumers, to customers, to teammates, to shareholders. And we do that through our strategies. We do that through our practices. We want to always make sure our consumers have the products they want. We want to make sure the customers who sell our products have what they need.
